How do I start collecting football cards?

My son wants to start collecting NFL football cards. I want to get him a starter set with holders and a binder. Where do I get the cards from? I’m only interested in finding current cards 2006-present. What are the trusted namebrands for football cards?

For someone just starting out once you need this and try selling you go to dealer they are minimum kmart has it all most packs are little more pricey.
