The running will probably be more beneficial than normal and run to keep you on your normal drills if you on your caloric intake to drink lots more make sure to have friend there to have friend there to do both.

Find the position that you like the most (different positions can have different training). Do some running daily. Try going to nike football.com because they can tell you exactly what to do. I’ve done it and it really helps.

alright you definetly need to start running alot build your stamina to keep up with everyone also I would about a 100 push up a night. Its all about conditioning so start with that then get to practicing with the football

Make sure to lift alot. If you can, go to camps or a place like bluechip, they will take your game to the next level.
